They will be responsible for shipping. Hence, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If you need to return an item, you will first need to contact us before returning it to the artist. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it. We will make an exchange, or issue a refund or credit on any purchase if notified within 14 days and if the product is received within 30 days of the original delivery. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view. Sales Tax: We are a Vermont based organization. Sales to Vermont residents will be subject to sales tax. Payment Methods: We accept Visa or MasterCard through our secure online shopping cart available 24 hours a day. Visa/ MasterCard When you place an order via the internet, you will NOT receive an imprint of the credit card transaction. By placing the order, you agree to give us permission to deduct the funds for the order including shipping from your credit card account. Your approval number will appear on the invoice. If you do not agree to the fact that you will not receive an imprint, please do not order. We do not accept foreign issued credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. Shipping: You can normally expect delivery in 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. An Adult signature will be required for the goods received at the time of delivery by the appropriate courier. We take your orders on behalf of the artists and process the payments. If you refuse delivery after an order has been placed and sent, you will pay shipping charges both ways plus a handling fee of 15% Returns and Refunds: The product must be new and UNUSED. Please Email for a "Return Material Authorization Number" (RMA #) so that we can expedite your credit, replacement or refund. A Return Authorization should be requested within 14 days and the product should be received by the artist within 30 days of the original delivery. Failure to obtain a RMA number will be assessed an automatic 15% The item should be shipped back to the artist at the return address on the original shipment, with a copy of your receipt and the RMA #. Return shipment is at the customer’s expense and the item must be insured with signature required. The cost of any part of the order that is not returned, or that is damaged, will be deducted from any credit or refund due. We reserve the right to fully inspect all returns to determine proper credit. A returns processing fee of $5 will apply to all returns. We will make an exchange, or issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods. Returns on Custom made items will not be accepted.
